Introduction to this machine:
The six-station fully automatic hexagonal bead wire winding machine production line is a complete set of bead wire production line, capable of producing six single hexagonal or square cross-section bead wires per production cycle. The system is controlled by a powerful software program, which drives the winding machine, wire arrangement wheel, height adjustment, storage rack, and a five-axis servo system for the expansion/contraction performance of the servo-driven winding disc to operate synchronously. Digital monitoring and control of equipment parameters are achieved through a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and touch screen, enabling operators to achieve ideal operation at every stage.
Structure of this machine:
The six-servo-driven bead wire winding machine automatically produces six bead wires per operational cycle.
Accurate steel wire pre-bending system.
The servo-driven wire storage device, whose position and speed are matched with the winding machine speed, is precisely controlled by the PLC/servo system.
An Ø60 cold feed screw extruder equipped with a temperature control device and a rubber applicator head.
The guiding device consists of six wire guiding frames, six-station wire collecting wheels, and a guiding wheel frame.
The integrated control device, including the PLC servo drive system and motor, is used for process automation control.
The operator terminal includes a menu option interface, an operation interface, a manual interface, and a diagnostic interface.
